Warranty / Refund Policy

Warranty Policy:

  • All sales are considered final, no return or refund will be entitled.
  • Xcel Edge’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective owner’s (manufacturer)warranty
  • At Xcel Edge we will provide 1st year waranty service for delivery to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre.
  • All courier charges for sending and returning product for exchange or warranty purpose from customer will be borne by customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you. In the event if the defective items are sent in after 1st year of warranty period, sending back the repaired item to customer will be at customer’s expense.
  • Working product found incompatible with customer’s PC or Notebook will not be entitled for any exchange.

 

Refund A Payment Policy:

  • Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up 1 to 2 weeks business days. However, you should note that a refund may take as much as 1 weeks to be processed depending on the acquirer. We will send you an email and SMS notification once completed.
